Get natural, cinematic motion for short clips and storyboard animation. Job to be done: produce a photoreal or polished shot that feels camera-shot rather than stitched from stills.

Natural camera motion, environments, character performance, establishing shots, and short cinematic beats. Prefer Veo when animating storyboards that include logos, UI screenshots, or on-screen text that must stay readable.

• Single Veo renders use short durations: typically 4/6/8s, and up to ~10s at 720p.

• Longer stories use a native Veo extend chain — one job with a target total duration (see Extend & Continuity).

• Resolution options commonly include 720p / 1080p / 4K depending on the plan; higher resolution costs more credits.

• References and Elements can help identity, but free EdgeCut AI is a different engine with no references.

1. Switch the prompt bar to Video (or ask the Director for a Veo video).

2. Describe subject, action, camera move, lighting, and mood in one beat.

3. Attach a reference or Element if identity/product must match.

4. Review the approval card (model, duration, credits) and confirm.

5. For multi-panel boards, approve the storyboard stills first, then ask to animate with Veo.

One clear beat per single render. Name camera moves (dolly, pan, slow push-in). For spoken dialogue longer than a short window, either shorten the line or use an extend chain sized to the script.
