Use the site footer / legal pages for Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Those pages are authoritative over Help Center summaries, Director chat, and support-agent paraphrases.

Help articles at /help explain product behavior (models, credits, extend, Elements). They are not a contract. Polar receipts and EdgeCut Terms govern purchases when subscriptions/packs are enabled.
