Privacy and data

Find how EdgeCut handles account and generation data, and how to request access or deletion. Job to be done: read the Privacy Policy, then contact support from your account email for formal requests.

Read the Privacy Policy on the EdgeCut site for processors (auth, payments via Polar, inference providers, email). Help Center summaries do not override that page.

Your projects, gallery assets, Elements, and [@me] avatar live under your signed-in account. You can download assets you generate. Free EdgeCut AI and paid models both process prompts/media through EdgeCut’s managed stack — see the Privacy Policy for details.

1. Email support@edgecut.ai from your account address for access or deletion requests.

2. Or use Report an Issue in the account menu.

3. Or open /help and Chat with support (signed in).

4. Include the account email and a clear request type (access, deletion, correction).

Privacy/data requests and security compromise: support@edgecut.ai or /help chat. The Creative Director cannot process GDPR-style requests or delete accounts.
