Content and safety policy

What you can and cannot generate.

Use this to

Avoid safety blocks and account enforcement. Job to be done: generate fictional or consented [@me] content within Terms, and know what providers hard-block.

Real people

Providers hard-block prompts that name or depict real identifiable people (celebrities, politicians, private individuals from photos) in ways their safety systems reject. Prefer fictional characters or your own [@me] avatar with consent. Attaching a photo of someone else and asking to animate them can still fail provider checks.

Practical tips

• Remove real names from prompts when a job fails for safety.

• Use Elements / [@me] for consented identity lock instead of celebrity likenesses.

• Free EdgeCut AI and paid models both enforce provider safety — switching models is not a bypass.

• Read the error text; many failures are safety or unsupported combos, not billing bugs.

Abuse

Accounts that violate Terms may be suspended or banned. Contact support@edgecut.ai for clarification or appeals. The Creative Director cannot lift bans.

When to contact support

Appeals, false-positive enforcement questions, or security issues: /help chat or support@edgecut.ai. Ordinary “why did this prompt fail?” creative fixes: Creative Director + Generation failed article.
