Sign in and accounts

Access your EdgeCut projects and credits with the correct Google account. Job to be done: sign in, keep the same account email, and recover when pop-ups or sessions fail.

1. Open EdgeCut and choose Google sign-in (including One Tap where shown).

2. Allow pop-ups if the browser blocks the auth window.

3. Confirm you are using the same Google account as your existing projects and credits.

4. After sign-in, open a project from home or create a new one.

Allow pop-ups for the site, try another browser, disable aggressive blockers on edgecut.ai, and confirm the Google account. If the account is suspended or banned, you will see a dedicated screen — contact support for appeals (not the Creative Director).

Projects, Elements, [@me], and credit balance are tied to the signed-in account email. Switching Google accounts looks like an empty workspace — you did not lose data on the other account.

Lockouts, bans, or suspected account compromise: Help Center chat at /help or email support@edgecut.ai. Include the account email you normally use. Report an Issue in the account menu also reaches the team when you can still sign in.
