Browser and performance
Smoother gallery and prompt bar on desktop and mobile.
Use this to
Keep the workspace responsive while generating and reviewing media. Job to be done: use a supported browser setup, reduce local load, and recover from stuck UI after deploys.
Recommendations
• Use a current Chromium browser or Safari.
• Close heavy tabs; video preview + gallery thumbnails use memory.
• Disable aggressive ad blockers on edgecut.ai if uploads or auth pop-ups fail.
• Prefer Wi-Fi for large video downloads.
• Hard-refresh if the UI looks stuck after a deploy.
• On mobile, use the agent sheet and give uploads time to finish before submit.
Sign-in and uploads
Allow pop-ups for Google sign-in. If attachments spin forever, retry on another network/browser and confirm the file is a normal image format. Free EdgeCut AI still needs a completed submit even though it rejects references.
Tips
Slow renders are often server-side (especially extend chains), not browser CPU. Check gallery status after refresh before assuming the client is broken.
When to contact support
Reproducible UI breakage on a current browser after hard-refresh: Help Center chat at /help or support@edgecut.ai with browser/OS and screenshots. Report an Issue in the account menu also works. Creative Director cannot fix client bugs.
